I suppose it may seem a little bit late in the day for a post about the products that I am using right now, but I'm working on the theory that whatever the effects of cold, wind and central heating have on our skin, hot summer temperatures, if we are lucky enough to have any, can still have the same dehydrating effect, so really these products are for all seasons but just happen to be the ones I am using and loving right now.

UntitledDermalogica - Multi Vitamin Power Recovery Masque.

Part of the brands "Age Smart" range. I have only recently began to use the full range of Dermalogica products on my skin but have used this masque for years now. An ultra-replenshing, antioxidant rich product that helps rescue stressed, aging skin. A revitalizing remedy for dulling, dry, dehydrated and photodamaged skin with vitamins A,C and E to help repair damage. Contains no artificial fragrances or colours.
£31.25 from Look Fantastic here.

Orgins - Drink Up Intense.

This is a face masque of sorts but one that you can use 2-3 times a week before bed in addition to your weekly face mask. It helps skin feel smoother and hydrated and you apply to clean skin before bed and can tissue off the excess if there is any. This product works on the fact that skin needs water to maintain its youthful functioning but that we lose vital moisture all day long and apparently the busier we are, the more we lose (another reason I need a cleaner and an ironing lady) so this masque acts as an intense moisture replacement and builds a reservoir for tomorrow. Japanese Seaweed repairs and builds a barrier to prevent moisture loss and stop signs of premature aging.
£20 for 100ml from John Lewis here.

Wolford Hand and Nail Balm.

I always keep a tube of hand cream near the sink but this luxury product is the one that sits next to my bed.  Contains fine silk crystal and one can only assume that this balm was designed with your stockings in mind, why else would Wolford create such a product?  Only downside is, I can't find it anywhere online except ebay where it is nice and cheap or was because my google search came up with one that already sold. Mine came in a goody bag and as I would buy this again in a heartbeat, it's a shame I can't find it online.

Rituals - Magic Touch Whipped Body Cream.

I admit to being obsessive over body creams and this was a gem discovered in a recent Glossybox which combines rice milk, antioxidants and the indulgent fragrance of cherry blossom. The idea behind the Rituals range of products was to turn your daily beauty regime into a meaningful ritual so whilst this cream nourises and strengthens the skin, it also stimulates your senses.
£15 for 200ml from John Lewis here.

Figs and Rouge - Rambling Rose Lip Balm.

Another Glossybox delight which came in the February Valentines box and I have only started using this week as I have run out of a much cheaper supermarket own brand balm.  Now I love a dual purpose product or two and this lip balm is not just excellent for soothing and hydrating lips it can be used on dry cuticles, elbows, knees or anywhere that might need a bit of TLC. Smells divine, melts upon impact and is 100% natural and petroleum free, so it certainly gets my vote!
£4.99 online at Boots here and currently on a 3 for 2 although they have four other divine sounding balms they don't have the Rose one, although I would be happy to try any of them in future.
